- Remote-first. Anywhere from UTC−5 to UTC+3, async by default, deep-work blocks protected.
- Small team. No headcount theater. Every hire ships to production in their first week.
- Engineering-led. Founders write code. Reviewers read it. Products that don't survive on-call don't ship.
- Honest equity + crypto-friendly comp. Salary in your local currency, equity in BchainPay, and you can take part of your bonus in stables.
